Louise & Gilo

We wanted a good old-fashioned country wedding and there's no place more beautiful than Bellwood. Because guests were coming from all over the world, we wanted a venue with lots of accommodation so that it was a whole weekend of reunions and celebration. This worked out so well, with a gathering at Notties Pub on Friday evening kicking off the festivities. Guests had the most amazing weekend - fishing, boating on the dam, walks on the beautiful farm and a playground which kept the kiddies entertained.

And of course, the wedding. Our day could not have been more perfect! The staff at Bellwood were brilliant which made for a very relaxed bride and groom!Tins and vases of Peonies, orchids and baby-pink forget-me-nots, handpicked from Lou’s grandmothers garden were placed on the tables and cupcakes and chocolate brownies made by Lou’s sister Kerry decorated the cakes stands. Lou’s flowers were so beautiful she needed some encouragement to throw her bouquet. She is now very chuffed she did as one of her bridesmaids caught the flowers and has since got engaged.
